dc.description.abstractThe paper is divided into three sections for easy exposition. Section 1 explains and discusses the model specification for forecasting while in section 2 the empirical results of the models and their implications are examined. Section 3 summarizes the findings of the paper. Explanations on data sources, definitions and other calculations are contained in the appendix.en_US
